Aduana (Arrival and Registration) will take place behind the girls' cabins. Look for signs directing you through the camp to park/drop-off. Students should arrive between 4:00 and 5:45 pm. If you need to arrive outside this time frame, please notify the directors prior to camp. Please consult the packing list found here for details on what we recommend you bring to camp and what items are prohibited.
Transportation is not provided to or from camps. Students and teachers should follow the rules and policies of their local school boards regarding transportation. Once students arrive to camp, they will not be allowed to leave without written permission from a legal guardian. Parking is limited, so we encourage students coming from the same school to carpool when possible.
The Immersion Camp experience ends at 11:00 am on Sunday, February 11th. Parents are encouraged to attend the Closing ceremony that takes place at 10:00 am. All students must be picked up between 11:00 am and 11:30 am, with the exception of students participating in the Composition Contest which takes place at 11:00 am and concludes by Noon, at which time they must be picked up promptly.
